Position Description: Labor and Delivery Nurse in the Labor and Delivery Department.

Location: a healthcare facility's Labor and Delivery unit.
Schedule: Day Shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and AWHONN Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM).
Preferred Qualifications: Over 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, Transition Nurse/Baby Catching skills.
Unit Information: Labor beds - 11, obstetric emergency evaluation, OB post-anesthesia care unit, operating rooms.
Personality Fit: Loves organized chaos and handling multiple patients.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN EFM.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: Weekend and on-call shifts may be required to support unit needs.
