  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an acute care facility and proficiency with electronic health record systems such as EPIC.
  • Additional Information: The position involves collecting relevant patient data, analyzing assessment information, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating progress, and participating in discharge planning. Candidates will provide patient education, delegate duties appropriately, and maintain a safe, healing environment. All staff must comply with organizational vaccination policies.
