Job Summary: The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) at a healthcare facility located in Wenatchee, Washington. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, adhering to both unit specific standards and legal guidelines. The RN will work the night shift, participating in a rotation based on staffing needs.

Position: RN - Labor and Delivery (L&D)
Location: Wenatchee, WA
Schedule: Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, minimum of 36 hours per week
Start Date: 08/17/2026
Required Qualifications:
WA State / Compact RN Licensure
Active BLS, NRP, and FHM certifications
Must float as a sitter and may float in rotation
Adheres to organizational policies, unit standards, and the Washington Nurse Practice Act
17+ years of related experience preferred
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating and providing compassionate patient care utilizing the nursing process and standards of practice
Developing and reassessing individualized patient care plans
Administering medications and performing nursing procedures
Evaluating discharge plans and educational needs
Documenting assessments, interventions, and responses accurately
Performing holistic assessments and responding appropriately
Teaching patients and family members health information
Delegating tasks to non-licensed assistive personnel responsibly
Participating in performance evaluation and improvement processes
Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure a safe environment
