Float: Float rotation may be required.
Requirements:
Required to have a Washington State / Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Required to maintain active Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) certifications.
Adheres to healthcare provider policies and unit standards.
Functions within the guidelines of the Washington Nurse Practice Act and relevant standards of practice.
Must float as a sitter if needed.
Job functions include coordinating patient care, developing and reassessing care plans, administering medications, documenting care, performing assessments, educating patients and families, delegating appropriately, participating in quality improvement processes, and maintaining a safe environment.
Experience: 1 year required, with a minimum of 0 years of experience.
