Job Summary: Labor And Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Ellensburg, Washington. This assignment involves working in a busy Family Birth Place department at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. The role offers an exciting opportunity to build skills, explore outdoor adventures, and make a meaningful impact in a rural healthcare setting.
Job Details:
Shift: Day shift, 0700-1930 (12 hours)
Schedule: 36 hours per week, with potential holiday and weekend shifts
Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; 3 years of experience as an LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum) RN; current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ability to start immediately once credentialed; experience in rural healthcare settings and with Cerner electronic health record system is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Level 1 nursery and with Cerner software is a plus.
Additional Information: The assignment is located at a rural hospital in Ellensburg, WA, offering lodging close to the healthcare facility, including staff-owned houses and rooms available for rent at discounted rates. The position involves working in a Level 1 nursery within a Level 1 maternal-child unit, supporting women through labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
