Job Summary: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a healthcare facility in a hospital setting. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum. The position requires a dedicated professional capable of managing high-risk obstetric cases and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications:
One (1) year of recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent experience in labor and delivery nursing.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
Five (5) or more years of recent experience in labor and delivery, with emphasis on high-risk obstetrics, within the last two (2) years.
High-Risk Obstetrics experience is highly preferred.
Additional Information:
The assignment is scheduled to begin on 10/05/2026 and end on 01/02/2027.
Availability to work full-time hours for the duration of the contract.
Candidates must demonstrate competence in managing obstetric emergencies and high-risk cases in a fast-paced environment.
