Job Summary
L&D (Labor and Delivery) Specialty - Night Charge RN - Family Birthplace - Location: Not Specified. This position involves providing comprehensive labor and delivery care, including postpartum, operating room (OR), and postpartum services, with an emphasis on couplet care. The role requires collaboration within a team to deliver evidenced-based, patient-centered care for mothers and newborns.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Current Colorado RN license or compact license to practice in Colorado (in good standing). American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and STABLE certification are required. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in labor and delivery care.
• Schedule: Rotating shift; 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends. Call rotation typically involves one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks, with potential for schedule change. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Requirements: Proof of current Flu vaccine by 11/1/26, with no declinations accepted. All traveler's perm addresses must be at least 75 miles from the facility. Applicants must comply with credentialing and system registration protocols including out-of-state agency registration where applicable.
• Responsibilities: Providing expert labor, delivery, postpartum, and operating room care, ensuring patient safety, and supporting evidence-based practice. Maintaining compliance with certification and immunization requirements, and participating in call rotation.
