Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an acute care facility; additional certifications or relevant experience in labor and delivery nursing
• Essential Functions: Collects relevant data pertaining to the patients health status; analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care needs; develops and implements individualized care plans; collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care; provides education to patients and families; participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care; delegates and coordinates duties among healthcare team members; performs other related duties as assigned.
