Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) located in Albany, Oregon. This role involves providing comprehensive labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care within a dynamic healthcare environment. The position requires flexibility to float across multiple facilities, supporting staffing needs in various hospital settings.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Oregon Unencumbered RN license, Healthcare Provider Level BLS, American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale certification, along with at least 2 years of labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care of mother and newborn experience. Verification of high school diploma or equivalent is required due to College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing. Epic proficiency essential.
- Preferred Qualifications: Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE.
- Additional Information: This role supports staffing across hospitals in Albany, Corvallis, and Lebanon, requiring candidates to be adaptable and comfortable working in varied environments. The position necessitates the use of a personal vehicle and the ability to travel for multiple care points. No excessive return to work (RTO) requests will be approved.
