Labor and Delivery RN - Join Our Dynamic Maternal Infant Unit! **Job Description:** - **Schedule:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM - **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 24 - **Number of Staff:** 71 - **Staff Composition:** - **Day Shift:** Labor nurse, nursery nurse, OB tech, secretary, leadership, educator - **Night Shift:** Labor nurse, nursery nurse, OB tech, secretary - **Patient Ratios:** - Labor: 1:1 (most of the time) - Post-partum: 5-6:1 - Nursery: 5-6:1 - **Equipment:** GE fetal monitors - **EMR:** Meditech, CPN - **Hiring Profile:** - **Must Have:** - At least 2 years of labor experience - **Preferred:** - 2+ years of labor experience in an LDRP setting with high birth volumes - **Typical Procedures:** - Vaginal deliveries - C-sections - Antepartum patients - Newborn and post-partum care - **Required Certifications:** - BLS - ACLS - NRP - AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification - **Dress Code:** - Navy blue scrubs - MIU nurses wear pink badges for infant security - **Weekends and On-Call:** - Every third weekend - 12 hours of call per 4-week schedule **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
