• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 - $1,650

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact license at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Experience circulating for cesarean sections required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• AWHONN certification required
• Strong teamwork, communication, and flexibility in a maternity or perinatal nursing environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate patient care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
• Circulate for cesarean sections and assist with operative deliveries as needed
• Perform vaginal deliveries, sterile vaginal exams, and labor inductions
• Support clinical procedures such as IV insertion, lab draws, Foley catheter placement, and epidural assistance
• Care for patients experiencing IUFD and other high-acuity obstetric situations
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and the broader obstetric and perinatal care team to promote excellent outcomes
• Adapt to a busy labor and delivery unit while delivering attentive, patient-centered nursing care
