Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 2 years of experience and AWHONN certification on a night shift contract.

• >Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
• 13-week contract with standard scheduling
• Night shift hours from 19:00 to 07:30
• Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not offered
• 36 guaranteed weekly hours

Requirements

• Active AZ or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• AWHONN certification required
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Prevention First certification required
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients in a Labor & Delivery unit
• Must reside within a 50 mile radius of the facility
• Local candidates may be considered depending on market
• Keep requested time off (RTO) to less than 7 days
• Returning employees who previously worked in a permanent role at this health system require additional approval prior to consideration
