**Join Our Dynamic Team as an OB RN Labor & Delivery/Med Surg - Days!** Job Description: - **Key Role**: Primarily focused on OB RN Labor & Delivery, with flexibility to float to the Med Surg floor when needed. - **Patient Care**: Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, manage labor progression, and provide support during deliveries and obstetric emergencies. - **Clinical Excellence**: Utilize strong clinical judgment and effective communication to offer compassionate emotional support to patients and families. - **High Standards**: Deliver safe and efficient nursing services to ensure exceptional patient care in Labor & Delivery and Obstetrics. - **Duties Include**: - Administering medications - Performing cervical exams within scope - Interpreting fetal monitoring strips - Preparing patients for operative deliveries - Providing postpartum education - **Impactful Experience**: Play a critical role in promoting positive birth experiences and ensuring optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns. - **Qualifications**: - Must have experience in both Labor & Delivery and Med Surg - Current Montana RN license required - NRP, Stable, and BLS certifications necessary - **Shift Information**: Work three 12-hour day shifts. - **Experience Requirement**: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
