Beds: 8 rooms (expandable to 10)
Monthly Deliveries: 65–75
NICU: Level III NICU in-house
Patient Population:
High-risk pregnancies
Pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH)
Preeclampsia
Substance/addiction-related pregnancies
Preterm labor
Magnesium sulfate patients
Required Certifications
BLS
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Advanced Fetal Monitoring
COVID vaccine requirement
Ratios
Typically 1:1 or 1:3
Documentation / Equipment
EMR: Cerner + Fetal Link
Monitoring: Central fetal heart monitoring
Ventilators: No
