Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week assignment requiring fetal monitoring certification and a WA or compact RN license.

Details

• Acute care Labor & Delivery unit with 4 L&D beds and 5 postpartum beds
• Provides neonatal monitoring and labor and delivery care
• Uses EPIC EMR
• Variable shift schedule with a majority of night shifts, 12-hour shifts as needed
• Scheduled for approximately 35-40 hours per month within a 36 hour per week guarantee
• Floats only as a sitter or helper to Med-Surg, ICU, or ED units and would not be given a patient assignment

Requirements

• Active WA or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Required certifications: AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, BLS (AHA), and NRP
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) required
• STABLE certification preferred
• BSN not required

Additional Information

• Provides direct patient care for laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients along with neonatal monitoring
• Cancellation policy allows for 1 shift every 4 weeks
