Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift hospital assignment requiring active CA RN licensure and recent L&D experience.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• Uses EPIC EMR system

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years required
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
• 5+ years of recent L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
• 1 year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last 2 years preferred
• High-risk OB experience preferred
• Licenses and certifications must be active (not pending) at time of consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Accepts local candidates as local rate is the same as travel rate
