Travel Nursing Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,610–$2,740

• End Date: January 1, 2027
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour night shifts
• Shift Schedule: 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., with rotating weekends
• Call Requirement: One 12-hour call shift per pay period

Labor & Delivery RN Job Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery or LDRP nursing experience
• Clinical experience in triage, labor and delivery, postpartum, and nursery care
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• AHA ACLS certification
• NRP certification
• Basic fetal monitoring skills
• Experience with GYN surgical care preferred
• STABLE certification preferred
• Experience stabilizing high-risk neonates preferred

Travel RN Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care.
• Perform patient assessments, recognize changes in condition, and promptly escalate concerns.
• Support patients and families through triage, labor management, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
• Provide comprehensive newborn care in the nursery and support neonatal stabilization when needed.
• Apply fetal monitoring knowledge to assess fetal well-being and communicate findings to the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a family-centered care environment.
• Participate in GYN surgical care and related clinical procedures as needed.
• Respond to scheduled call shifts and rotating weekend assignments while maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical quality.
