About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced LDRP Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care across labor & delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care. This role requires a confident RN who can work independently in a rural setting and handle a wide range of obstetric cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide care for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients
- Monitor and support labor & delivery processes
- Deliver newborn care using the nursing process
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Respond to emergent situations with clinical confidence
- Participate in rotational call coverage
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of LDRP / L&D RN experience
- Active Montana RN License (Required)
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certifications (Required)
- Comfortable working in a rural/remote setting
- Must have reliable transportation
- Experience with Meditech EMR (Preferred)

- Rotational call required
