Position requires working every other weekend. The facility has a total of 252 staffed beds. Candidates must possess skills in case management and crisis intervention. Knowledge of various patient programs is important, including adoption services and adult protective services. Role includes establishing and revising care goals and facilitating discharge planning. Candidates should be able to conduct biopsychosocial assessments and document care delivery effectively. Other responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and making referrals to community services.
