The LCSW and BLS certifications are required. Candidates must be 5150 certified in California. The 5150 certification involves completing a training program and passing an exam with a minimum score of 80%. Business casual attire is expected. White lab coats are provided for care coordination purposes. The cancellation policy allows for the hospital to cancel up to 4 shifts during a 13-week assignment. The charting system used is Cerner. This position does not require a BSN.
