Travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Salina, KS

Jackson Therapy Partners is hiring an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LBSW) for a full-time, day-shift position at a hospital in Salina, KS. The Social Worker will coordinate the plan of care, advocate for patients and families, and help patients gain access to resources while addressing psychosocial needs related to medical and surgical admissions. The role emphasizes well-orchestrated, coordinated care focused on quality, efficiency, and safety.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field (required).
• Current Kansas LBSW license (required).
• Two years of hospital-based social work experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating care and discharge planning in an acute care or medical-surgical hospital setting.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate options and services to meet patients’ health care needs and family systems.
• Weekend availability to be discussed during interview.
