Travel Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) - $2,055 per week in Everett, WA

Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker Profession: Social Services Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Washington license required Certifications: BLS, LCSW, LMSW Must-Have: - Acute Care Experience - Discharge Planning/Care Coordination Experience - Strong preference for a candidate with diverse case management experience including Medical Surgical and Long Length of Stay Description: Must have a master's degree in social work. Candidates with acute care experience are preferred. Position requires acceptance of every other weekend shift. Candidates must demonstrate experience in discharge planning and care coordination. Additional experience in diverse case management is strongly preferred. Floating between multiple units may be required. Candidates must document care delivery accurately and effectively. Knowledge of cultural issues is essential. The candidate must have experience with high-risk intervention patient vulnerability or safety risks. Experience in collaborating with internal and external team members is required. Candidates must be knowledgeable in care coordination, emergency department practices, and referrals to other resources and facilities. Familiarity with the Epic charting system is mandatory. Candidates are expected to manage an average caseload of 18-24 patients, which may increase during weekends. Traveling staff may be expected to float between nearby facilities. Refusal to float may lead to termination of assignment.
