Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field. The shift is not flexible and is set from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The facility operates with a case load of about 10 patients per group. Candidates must be comfortable facilitating psychotherapy and skills groups. Documentation is required in the designated electronic medical record system. The professional will conduct psychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning. Active participation in treatment team sessions and discharge planning is expected. Safety assessments may be required as part of the role. Attire is business casual; no jeans are permitted.
