Job Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide direct resident care, support daily living activities, and assist the nursing team in delivering safe, compassionate, and effective patient care.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured long-term care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide basic patient care under supervision of nursing staff
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Support mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs
Maintain accurate care documentation
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams
Ensure respectful and compassionate resident care

Shift: Evening Shift
Shift Time: 15:00 23:30
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Contract Length: ~9 Weeks
Requirements
Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required
State licensure (Vermont) or eligibility required
Long-term care experience preferred
Ability to work evening and alternating weekend shifts required
