Pay Rate:$26.40 - $30.80 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license in good standing
Current BLS certification preferred
Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or healthcare settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Strong organizational and documentation skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with transfers, mobility, and ambulation
Obtain and document vital signs as directed
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety
Support nursing staff with daily patient care activities
Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
Follow infection prevention and safety protocols

Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Competitive pay rate of $26.40 - $30.80 per hour
