Job Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care within a skilled nursing facility. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, supporting nursing staff, monitoring resident well-being, and promoting a safe, comfortable, and patient-centered environment.
The LNA will work closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality care while maintaining resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
Record vital signs and accurately document resident care
Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
Support infection prevention and patient safety practices
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems
Requirements
Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in Vermont
State-issued identification required
