JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a 12-week assignment in Rutland, Vermont. The LNA will provide direct patient care and support residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity during evening shifts.
This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, supporting nursing staff, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining a safe and supportive care environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Record vital signs and document patient care activities accurately
Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning safely
Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment
Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families
Collaborate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols
REQUIREMENTS
Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license (VT/NH eligible)
Must have own reliable transportation
Must have approved RTO prior to contract start
Availability for every other weekend
Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
