We are seeking a dedicated Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a travel assignment in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate hands-on support to residents while assisting nursing staff in delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
This role requires strong attention to resident needs and the ability to work effectively within a structured healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
Document care activities accurately according to facility standards
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements
