JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Meal Break: 30 Minutes
Day Shift
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Every Weekend Required
Guaranteed Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $18.66 - $21.77 per hour
Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Certification
Current VT or NH LNA License in Good Standing
Previous long-term care or patient care experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
ASAP starts needed
State or federal ID required
Photo badge must be worn at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption required
37 guaranteed hours per week
Bonus eligibility requires no more than two call-outs and no NCNS (No Call No Show) occurrences
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Measure and document vital signs as directed
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Support patient dignity, comfort, and independence
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Contract assignment offering schedule stability and valuable clinical experience
