Shift Time: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM Meal Break: 30 Minutes Evening Shift Every Weekend Required GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
Guaranteed Hours: 37 Hours Per Week Pay Rate: $18.66 - $21.77 per hour Overtime Not Guaranteed REQUIREMENTS
Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Certification/License Current certification in good standing Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or patient care experience preferred Current BLS certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Record vital signs and assist with routine patient care activities Maintain accurate and timely documentation Promote patient comfort, dignity, and independence Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment Adhere to infection prevention and safety protocols Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
