Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide direct resident care and support daily living activities while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
Obtain and document vital signs as directed.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Provide compassionate care and companionship to residents.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality resident care.
Requirements
Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
