Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities while supporting the nursing team in delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
This travel assignment requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining excellent standards of care across facility environments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition
Support nursing staff with routine patient care and treatments
Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families
Follow infection prevention and safety protocols
Accurately document patient care activities and observations
Requirements
Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
Ability to work every other weekend
