Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and support residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Monitor, assess, and document resident health status and responses to care.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and ongoing care coordination.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.
Promote patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Requirements
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License required.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
