Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment in Elkins, West Virginia. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist with treatment plans, administer medications, and support residents in achieving the highest level of health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or healthcare provider.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes promptly.
Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
