Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care and support residents within a long-term care environment while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

SHIFT DETAILS
Number of Shifts: 2 x 12-Hour Shifts (Week 1), 4 x 12-Hour Shifts (Week 2)
Shift Time: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
Guaranteed Hours: 24 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $30.60 - $35.70 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Active LPN License
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Two-week rotating schedule (2 days one week, 4 days the next)
PointClickCare experience required
Travelers must reside more than 100 miles from the facility
Nurse uniform color: Navy Blue
Crocs are not permitted per facility policy
Appropriate work shoes required
Long-term care assignment
