Job Overview

This role involves working closely with the interdisciplinary team to maintain clinical standards and support resident wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
Document all nursing care and patient observations accurately
Support care planning and implementation
Assist with resident comfort, safety, and daily needs
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality outcomes
