LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and support positive patient outcomes. Start Date: 03 August 2026
End Date: 28 September 2026

SHIFT DETAILS

Shift Time: 6:45 PM 7:15 AM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
Night Shift

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

Pay Rate: $36.33 - $42.38 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License
Current state licensure in good standing
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS certification preferred
Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

State or federal ID required
Photo badge must be worn at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption required
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards
Monitor patient conditions and promptly report significant changes
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation
Provide direct patient care while ensuring patient comfort and safety
Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatments and care plans as appropriate
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Support quality patient outcomes through effective communication and care coordination
