Job Overview
We are seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care within a long-term care and skilled nursing environment. The LPN will support patient treatment plans, administer medications, and assist with daily nursing operations during extended day shifts.
This role involves working collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care throughout the assignment.
Shift Details
Shift Time: 07:00 19:15
Number of Shifts: 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
Assist with patient assessments and care coordination
Support infection prevention and patient safety practices
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staff
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
Respond promptly to patient care needs and clinical concerns
Requirements
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong patient care and clinical support skills
