Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a short-term travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident health status, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and responses to care.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Requirements
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License required.
Current BLS Certification preferred.
Previous long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Every Other Weekend Required
Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
