Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while supporting overall unit operations and ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
This role involves working closely with registered nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
Assist with care planning and implementation
Document all nursing interventions accurately in patient records
Support activities of daily living as needed
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with healthcare team members to support quality patient outcomes

Requirements
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (state of NC or compact eligible)
