Bennington Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel LPN to join its nursing team for a 15-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care settings and be committed to providing exceptional resident care.
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor and document resident conditions and report significant changes.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Support admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
Promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of life.
Qualifications
Active LPN/LVN License (Vermont License or Compact License preferred).
Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation experience preferred.
Current BLS Certification.
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
