Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision and per care plans

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure continuity of care

Requirements
- Current, active LPN license
- Ability to work night shifts (18:45–07:15) and meet guaranteed hours
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- Basic documentation and charting competency; ability to follow established care plans
- Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care setting and comply with facility policies
