Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene and mobility
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to deliver quality patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment
Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
Ability to provide professional, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
