Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions.
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Adhere to all infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Strong clinical and patient care skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Additional Information
Schedule alternates between three days one week and four days the next.
Every other weekend required.
Bonus requires no more than two call-outs and no no-call/no-show occurrences during the assignment.
Must present valid government-issued identification while on assignment.
