Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
Promote patient comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Requirements
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License required.
PointClickCare (PCC) experience required.
Previous nursing home or skilled nursing facility experience required.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
