We are seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel contract assignment. The LPN will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while collaborating with physicians, Registered Nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality care
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current BLS certification (additional certifications may be required by the facility)
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or hospital experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable transportation
