Travel Licensed Social Worker (LSW) - $2,078 per week in Albany, OR

Job Title: Clinical Social Worker Profession: Behavioral Health Specialty: Clinical Social Worker Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Oregon LMSW or CSWA licensure required Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS required Must-Have: Valid driver's license and auto liability/property damage insurance Description: The Hospice teams support patients and family members through the final stages of their illness. These services are offered in the home setting, which may include the patient's own residence, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and adult foster homes. Services offered include intermittent skilled nursing visits, pain and symptom management, medical social services, counseling, spiritual support, hospice aides, trained hospice volunteers, and bereavement support. Medications and equipment are included as appropriate. Experience as a social worker in a hospital or medical setting is preferred. Oregon LCSW licensure is preferred. This position requires the use of the employee's personal automobile. The employee must maintain their vehicle in good working order.
