Available Shifts:
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (6 openings)
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (2 openings)
Shifts may rotate based on staffing needs.
GUARANTEED HOURS
Pay Rate: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
Provide medication education to individuals served.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Perform computer data entry and electronic record updates.
Deliver quality nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Follow facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
Comply with ICF-IID regulations and healthcare standards.
Support the overall health, safety, and well-being of residents.
REQUIREMENTS
Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
Ability to pass required drug screening.
Ability to complete required fingerprinting and background clearances.
Must comply with immunization requirements.
Must complete all required facility and state training programs.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Candidates may begin any day of the week once pre-employment requirements are completed.
Allow approximately five days for onboarding and compliance processing.
Selected agencies and candidates will be notified directly regarding onboarding requirements and start dates.
Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is beneficial.
