Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Certifications Requirements: ASCP or AMT certification, BLS certification.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of generalist laboratory experience, including phlebotomy.
• Other Requirements: Ability to work a flexible schedule, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely laboratory testing and analysis for hospital patients.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure proper specimen collection and processing.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, perform quality control, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Document all procedures, test results, and maintenance activities in the laboratory information system.
• Execute routine phlebotomy procedures and assist with general laboratory duties as needed.
