Shift: Evenings / PM Shift
Schedule: 5x8, 40 hours per week
Shift Times: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Weekend Requirement: Every weekend
Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a PM shift assignment in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. This opportunity is ideal for a CNA who is reliable, patient-focused, and comfortable working a consistent 5x8 evening schedule with every weekend required.

The facility is looking for a CNA who will be a strong fit for the team and can provide dependable support to residents and patients throughout the assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care and daily living assistance to patients and residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to patient needs.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, other CNAs, and the healthcare team.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Schedule

5x8 PM Shift – 40 Hours Per Week

Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Previous CNA or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate and respectful patient care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently while following facility and nursing instructions.
• Comfortable working a consistent evening/PM shift.
• Must be available to work every weekend.
• Must be willing to complete facility onboarding and orientation requirements.
